Audrey Chandler, Music Theory instructor

In addition to her role as SFGC’s Chorus Operations Manager, Audrey Chandler is a Music Theory Instructor for singers in Levels I and II. A Bay Area native and SFGC alum, Audrey is passionate (read: nerdy) about all things music theory and enjoys sharing that passion with the next generation of SFGC singers. Audrey graduated with a B. A. in Music from the University of California, Berkeley in May 2024. She had the honor of receiving the Matthew William Fisher Memorial Award in Music (Departmental Citation) upon graduating from the program. Outside of SFGC, Audrey frequently works behind the scenes with the fabulous Opera Parallèle. She is also a member of San Francisco's premier early-career choral ensemble, Nebula Consort. In her spare time, Audrey can be found at jam-skating meet ups across the Bay Area, a night at the opera, or hanging out with her dog.
