SFGC offers six levels of classes: Prep, Ensemble B, Ensemble C, Ensemble D, Concert Group and Premier Ensemble. For more information about this season’s ensembles, visit our Program Overview page.
Our Prep Chorus provides young singers ages 4-5 the opportunity to develop their voices and musicianship in an exciting, positive, age-appropriate atmosphere. Classes are once a week for 45 minutes. The Elizabeth Avakian Scholarship Fund
The Elizabeth Avakian Scholarship Fund provides over $150,000 annually in scholarship support to over one third of SFGC’s choristers. Created out of the belief that all young people should have access to music education, the fund ensures that SFGC can support the needs of each family and chorister for as long as she is a member of the Chorus. The fund is more critical now than ever before, and SFGC is even more committed to making sure every young singer can continue in the Chorus during these challenging times.
